My order did show up, so I was relieved about that at least. But the whole process had me going back and forth between “okay, maybe it’s fine” and “wait, should I be worried?” The tracking was confusing, and when I reached out, the replies were kind of vague and didn’t really make me feel better. The site itself looks decent, so I wanted to trust it, but I just never felt fully confident. I might use them again for something cheap I wouldn’t stress over, but for anything important, I’d probably shop somewhere else.

"Expected better account security"
I signed up for Grandado thinking the account setup would feel a bit more solid, but it didn’t meet my expectations. The security settings seemed basic, and I couldn’t find much clear info about how my login or personal details were actually being protected.
After poking around for a while, I just didn’t feel comfortable keeping the account open. I ended up asking them to close or delete it. Maybe it works fine for other people, but I expected a more reassuring experience and didn’t feel good trusting the site with my info.

I went in thinking I’d just take a quick look, and then suddenly I’m like, wait, where did all this stuff come from? There were so many things to choose from, including a bunch I didn’t even know I wanted until I saw them.

The item arrived fine and was pretty much what I expected. Only thing is I had to pay customs fee, which I didn't really notice before ordering. It's still okay overall, I just wish it was made more clear on the page.

Am I the only one who thought the return process was way more confusing than it needed to be? I wanted to send my order back, but everything felt slow and kind of frustrating. For smaller items, it didn’t feel worth the trouble.

I’ve used grandado.com a few times now, and overall it’s been straightforward. I usually just focus on the search bar and the product details, so those are the things I paid the most attention to. Search worked fine for me, and the pages loaded without any real issues. I didn’t spend much time browsing around, but I did notice some of the filters could be a bit better. Still, I was able to find what I needed without much hassle, and checkout was simple enough to follow.

"I was all set to buy…"
I was all set to buy this, thinking, okay, the price isn’t bad at all… and then I got to checkout. The shipping ended up costing more than the actual item, which just made me pause like, wait, does this even make sense anymore? I still considered it for a second, but that kind of killed the deal for me.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but the quality ended up being really nice, better than I thought it would be. I’d say it’s worth considering if you’re on the fence.

The brand does look authentic and the packaging checked out fine, so no complaints there. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating, but everything arrived in good condition in the end.

"Apparently “Available” Doesn’t Mean Available"
I checked the site and it clearly said the stuff was available, so I went ahead like a normal person thinking I could actually buy it. Then suddenly, surprise, it’s out of stock. Kind of makes you wonder if they’re just listing things as available to get people in the door or clicking around. Maybe it’s just bad inventory tracking, but it definitely felt a little suspicious.

"Looked just like the photos"
I ordered from grandado.com and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But when it arrived, it looked pretty much exactly like the pictures on the site. The color, size, and even the little details were all really close.
Shipping did take a bit, but yeah, I kind of expected that. I was just glad there wasn’t some weird surprise when I opened the package. Overall I’m happy with it, and I’d order again

"Box showed up completely crushed"
Maybe I just had bad luck with shipping, and I get that packages can get tossed around, but this arrived in terrible shape. It was basically in a flimsy bag and the box was totally smashed when I got it. I was really disappointed and don’t think I’ll order this again

I was about to pay by card, but the checkout page just didn’t feel right, so I stopped before entering my details. I tried getting some clarity, but it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership of the issue or give a straight answer. There were a few payment options, which was nice, and my card went through without any strange errors. My item ended up having a fault, and to be fair, the warranty did cover it in the end. If you’re not in a rush, it’s probably fine, but in my case the back-and-forth replies took longer than I expected. Not a terrible experience overall, just a bit slow and frustrating at the time

"Pretty smooth order overall"
I ordered from Grandado and it was simple. The tracking kept updating here and there, so I could see where it was, even though it did take a bit to arrive. I never had to message support or anything like that. It showed up in the end, and it was all okay. Happy with it overall.
"Sizing is completely off"
I ordered my usual size and it showed up way too small. Afterward I checked the measurements and they didn’t even seem to match what was listed. When I tried to get help, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of anyone actually listening. Such a waste of time, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering clothes from here again
